Q:Why shall I register with W3Billing?

Each owner/tenant must be registered with W3Billing. Once you are registered with W3Billing you will be able to use our Online Portal. You will have a customer dashboard from where you will be able to update your account information, view and pay bills, request for final bill and security deposit refund.

Q: Is it possible not to register as a tenant and agree with the owner to pay the bills on his account?

You can pay the bills through owner account without registering yourself as a tenant only if you pay the bill payment to your owner and he will entered that payment on your behalf. But in this case you will not have your account and will not be able to use our online portal, view and pay your bills online, view your consumption details etc.

Q:What is the security deposit for?

The security deposit is to cover any unpaid account when you leave the apartment/premises. This is refundable if your account is fully cleared up and the final bill has been paid.

Q:How to access my account if I am an existing customer?

If you want to access your account online, please visit our billing portal website, select Customer Login option and enter your customer login and password details, received from W3Billing.

Q:How can I update my account information??

If you are an existing registered customer, please visit our billing website portal, enter your login details and you will get access to your Customer Dashboard, from where you can update your account information.

Q:How can I view my bills?

Simply log in on the website and click “Pay Bills” on the User Dashboard. You will see all your bills and payment status. You can view details of any bill by clicking “View”..

Simply log in on the website and click “Manage Bills” on the User Dashboard. You will see all your bills and payment status. You can view details of any bill by clicking “View”.

Q:Who will create user login?

Owner will create user and send email on user email address from where he can change his password.
